Both North and South terminals equally good with usual shops and eateries. Need breakfast, ditch spoons and head to Nando’s for a cheeky eat from their breakfast menu.

Don’t pay for Platinum - the infinity pool area is small and crowded. The other two pools are great with lots of beds. Clean rooms, dated bathrooms. Pianist on Thursday amazing.

You’d easily walk past this place so keep an eye out. Dentist fixed me up when a filling got bad. Open Sundays.
Very intimate theatre. Expect to be touching elbows with your neighbour. Grab a drink in the bar next door before heading through to the theatre space.
Good size with a mixture of open working, coffee shop style working and private quiet areas.
A hidden gem in East London. Come marvel at all the retro neon signs. Cafe inside too.
Often long queues around the corner, so either get their early or show up once the queue has subsided. Decent size with close views of the stage. Multiple bars. Toilets small - expect to queue.
Big venue able to accommodate large groups for drinks and food. Classic American food.
Everything is great. Order enough meat sticks and you can cook them on the grill at your table.
Normally quieter than the venues in the airport. Good selection of beers and sausage rolls
Not cheap but oh so good. The garlic chilli chicken and haggis pakora were amazing. £9 for 4 popadoms though is a bit steep!
Very modern theatre space. Feels more like a university lecture hall. Seats are comfy and there aren’t tiers and tiers of seats making it feel more intimate
