    "The building is rat infested, creepy sounds are heard all the time here. Admin very rude and unresponsive. And extreme 24/7 noise from the construction of Gateway Studios until 2023. Don't live here!"

    "Horrible place to stay. Noise from people screaming in the pool, the horn from the PNR train nearby, the airplanes from the airport nearby and the hallway are ALL heard very loudly inside the units."

    "Horrible place to live. Buildings are rat infested, creepy sounds all time. Walls are very thin. Admin and guards are rude and unresponsive. And there are more rules here than a national prison!"
