Ask for Jason Baker in the service department! He's awesome and always has coupons for you!

MLNovember 27, 2013Terrible customer service. I've been waiting for over 3 hours w/ no updates. Even after bugging the workers, they still haven't given me a definite wait time. Baltimore National is by far the best
$50 oil change one time $32 the next. It all depends on what they feel they can add to your bill.
