Currently my favourite restaurant in Paris. Bertrand, only 29 years old, produces the most exquisite dishes from starter to dessert. Cool decor and fantastic service. Expect a very affordable menu.
If you failed to get a reservation at Frenchie, make sure you show up at least 20 minutes before 19:00 opening to secure a table at the wine bar. The food was brilliant and the wines delicious!

The 10 euro set menu is pretty great for lunch. Get the cider to drink as its a surprisingly great accompaniment.
Great quality food for a more-than-reasonable prize! Order the prix fixe menu and you’ll get 3 courses for €35,-!
Great fun, obscure wines, old-fashioned food, great cognac. Not cheap if you order too much alcohol.
Get the deer(biche) or rabbit(lapin) if it's available. They are both amazing!

Chose a wine and a "planche" of delicatessen/cheese and you'll be all set for a great evening. Beware, bar closes at 10pm.

This welcoming pocket handkerchief of a cocktail bar knows how to party. A short walk from the Cirque d’Hiver on the edge of the Haut Marais.
