I go to Hy-Vee Drugstore because of the friendly people who work there. From the Pharmacy to the checkers, they take an active role in customer service.

I like Hyvee, but I have to say I just had the worst customer service EVER in their building. The curly-headed guy with the glasses in the liquor department can die in a fire, for all I care...
