This hotel is different, good different. Decor in rooms is almost unique. Courteous staff, good location. You should stay here at least once if you are in the DC area. Great lounge (rooftop).

Great location and beautiful views from the rooms facing Thomas Circle. Had great service from the staff throughout my 5 night stay.

Great place to stay if you want to explore the city. If you want the free bikes the hotel provides (only 3), you have to be early!

Checking in was quick and easy. My room is modern and comfortable with a terrific view. Kareem at the front desk was friendly, helpful and professional.

Great views from the rooftop but the pool closes at 5:00 (at which point the rooftop bar opens up).

They serve wine and light snacks in the lobby from 5-6. Great hospitality and a chance to relax after a long day.

Free wi-fi and $10 "raid the mini-bar" credit with InTouch membership and a complimentary wine reception from 5-6 every evening. Great views from the rooftop bar/pool.

Really nice hotel but you have to order ice from the front desk since there are no ice machines. No coffee maker in the room either. Other than that very modern look, nice staff.

The hotel is great but some of the parking staff are extremely rude! Also the employees like to hang out with their cars in the one loading/unloading space making it difficult to check in/out easily!

Hope that the elevators are working properly. During our stay only two of the three were in use and hotel staff were using them for their needs as well. Waiting for an elevator grew really old.

Nice hotel, however the pool closes at 5 pm so they can open the rooftop bar which is a little bit of a bummer.

They overbook rooms so we ended up having to find another hotel at midnight! No compensation whatsoever, just an apology. Really bad experience and horrible customer service...

Parking staff here can be VERY rude and combative. They like to park their personal cars in the one load/unload space available so they can chat with their friends.

Beds are uncomfortable. Not enough water pressure...shower was more like a drizzle. Elevators are very slow. Seems more effort was put into aesthetics than comfort.
