Hotel excelente, em destaque aos Staff e sua localização. Só faltou um serviço de concierge mais atencioso, pois senti dificuldade de orientação dos pontos turísticos.

Old school hotel, popular with the same clientèle as visited back in the heyday. Probably the best in Lugano but don't expect too much edginess.
