Chegamos no hotel e em menos de 5 minutos já estávamos no quarto. O profissional que fez nosso atendimento foi excepcional, cordial e ainda nos proporcionou um excelente upgrade para uma suíte.

The daytime front desk clerk is very helpful and knowledgable about Paris. Ask him for tips and help navigating the city.
