From the valets who greet you to the front desk and concierge staff to David & Heather in catering, this hotel stands out with the best staff in the city. Just did 180 person event here. FANTASTIC.

Gothic meets romantic in this quirky spot. We love that there's Crimson Lounge for party people and Smith and Wollenksy for Mom and Dad.

Hotel wants to charge me $10 delivery fee for bringing up a bottle of hot water, which is unheard of in any hotels of the same level.

Be careful with the security people very rude The hotel say it is an external company and they didn't take responsibility Think it twice when you make your stay. Expensive hotel with cheap attentions

Hot water didn't even work. But being next to the House of Blues was all kinds of awesome. The Technology room was not spectacular. At all. Interior Decorating was TOTALLY A+

On the Sixth floor there is a kewl interactive technology lounge! Make sure to check it out and play with some cutting edge toys!

Make sure you use your room safe. Got back to my room and found a stranger going through my things. Stole cash and shot through when confronted. Very scary.

Sure it has the best shower but the shower in the single room is better than double's. Instead of bathtub, I would say it's a showing tub. Still, perfect hotel.

CAREFUL! Security guy called "Danny" in the bar is very rude with customers. Terrible ways to treat hotel guests. The hotel does not take responsibility cause they say it is an external company.
