Joe is an outstanding doorman / concierge- he gets personalised service, it's obvious he loves his job and he is great with people. Feels like you're staying with friends.

The best part about our stay at the Roger was its location. Only blocks from a number of subway stops, we were able to get uptown, downtown, across town and over to Brooklyn all in under 25 minutes! Mehr erfahren

Comfortable boutique hotel near Madison Square Park & all subways has great breakfast, real quilts on bed. I put visiting clients, staff, and family here.

Great find! Everyone who works here are super friendly. Bed wasn't that comfortable, the room was really hot and the pillows like rocks...but it looked pretty?

Excellent customer service! One of my fave hotels in NYC! Heavenly bed, Bigelow toiletries, free iced tea & wine from 5-6pm, convenient location, modern decor & clean!

Great location. The rooms are small but the furniture uses space at their best. Room decoration (carpet color, pillows, even the stationery) are great, and so is the service

Excellent hotel for the price. Good value, spacious rooms (for NY), central location (close to 4,5,6), complimentary wifi throughout. Warm cider to greet you in the winter...

The hotel rooms are not too big but are clean and remodeled and for a New York hotel j think it is quite good

The lobby here is plush and comfy, great place to relax and have a drink. Rooms are well appointed as well. Great place for some RxR.

Great hotel, very speedy to fix problems. Slightly old, but remodeled and comfortable. Victoria at the front desk is so sweet and helpful, she really wants you to have a great visit in NYC

Lovely hotel,the rooms is so colorful,small rooms but that doesn't matter I always enjoy my stay in here you can sleep it's so quite and the staff is so friendlyy

Really lovely hotel. It's so quiet, the rooms don't feel like a closet, and the beds & pillows are very comfy. Will stay here again.

Para quem quer fugir dos hotéis lotados e barulhentos da Times Square e ainda assim ficar perto das lojas e dos restaurantes (10 min de caminhada). Bom custo-bebefício e atendimento simpático.

The desk staff is accommodating and pleasant. Restaurant staff is hit or miss depending on who is working. They are remodeling the hotel so the new rooms should be alot nicer then the current plain 1s

Es un hotel con bonita decoración y confortable. Hay que solicitar habitación que no tenga ruido ya que las construcciones cercanas no dejan dormir.

Theres a cafe across the street called tasy cafe which is awesome for bfast. Good clean reasonable hotel. Small rooms but thats anywhere in NYC

Loved this place. If you're here for work, ask for a room with an Ethernet cable. The wireless sucks :(

O quarto 818 tem um banheiro minúsculo, mas pedi que eles me mudassem para outro cujo banheiro fosse melhor e eles foram atenciosos e providenciaram a mudança.

Unless you have a room with a terrace expect to stand sideways between the tub and the toilet when you use the sink. X-Small bathroom!
