Outrageously overpriced for rooms with tatty fixtures and carpeting. The neighborhood is also a bit gloomy and ugly.

Second time here, second time something is broken in the room, this time it's the shower.. Really, Hilton should redo the rooms, they are Just falling apart!

Very annoying and expensive internet connection set-up. And not enough plugs in the room. Would be a reason not to stay here again in spite of good location near Heathrow Express

Not good value for money but conveniently located if you're coming in from LHR and are going somewhere by train from PAD the next morning

Awfull!! There are stairs in the hallways, its really smelly, its under reform. Avoid it at all costs.

Don't bother with the wi-fi. Fifteen quid per twenty four hours. Room service at five pound per tray charge is way too much.
