    If you have a child carseat as part of your rental they can drive you to the departure area in your rental car so it's a little easier. Very nice! Best Hertz location we have visited.

    My experience with this Hertz location was great. People were super friendly and we got in and out pretty quickly.

    Never had any issues with Hertz, but got that ‘hey, you made that scratch’ scam from Budget.

    Have a problem managing flow of people, rarely honor gold service. Expect a wait when you get there.

    Beware of bait and switch. Was offered an upgrade for only 35/day. Got final bill and found out that the "upgrade" increased my daily rental rate, plus charged me the 35/day. Bill almost doubled.

    Never know how it's going to be: quick (unfriendly) service or a line 60+ deep to get a car. Best part of this Hertz is the shuttle drivers.

    Took shuttle 40 minutes to arrive and did not have the baby seat we reserved (and called to double check!) in the car.

    Make reservations? It doesn't guarantee you a car. They make you wait or pay for an upgrade.

    Upset our company went back to hertz... I like being able to select my own car like we did at national... Plus three times in a row my name was not on the gold board ugh

    Slow service and hotter than a 6 rat orgy in a wool sock in the rental office due to their A/C being broken. Not the best experience I've ever had.

    What a joke. Get in at 4:45 AM and 5 people in line with one man working. No one to check you in at your car. 30 minutes to return a car!
