If you are a Gold member it is great!!!! The customer services is outstanding!! 😍😍 In the return they send you a text if you would like to drop off the car the airport terminal!

I had to wait for a long time for my convertible because they didn't have one when I arrived. They upgraded me to a nicer vehicle, a Camaro SS convertible. Great customer service!

Service is slow, but everyone is really nice and the car selection is not so bad! Plus you can usually find really good deals on day-rates!

When you are returning your car here and they direct you into a lane ... stay in that lane all the way up. If you change lanes everyone will dislike you. :-)

A equipe que nos recebeu na entrega do carro não foi muito educada e ficou tentando nos convencer a adicionar mais coisas do que estava no contrato, todas desnecessárias. Na entrega do carro, foi ok

Realmente todo mal. Alquilamos un auto desde Montevideo. Hicimos 20 minutos de cola y el auto no estaba pronto. Nos dijo Erin que esperáramos una hora. La hora era 630. Llegamos 810 y nos dijieron 1+
