In a hurry when checking back in? Let them know and they may give you a ride to the terminal, or at least let you leave the keys and govor 3 Wochen positiv bewertet- Elevator to 2nd floor for walkway to Terminals B/C, Walkway floor for Terminal A
They’ll even drive you personally to the airport, so you don’t have to wait for the bus... only location I’ve ever found that does this

Renee GSeptember 21, 2012Agree that they are friendly but slow. Also seemed to be a disconnect between Gold and downstairs as when I got up there someone else was driving off in the car they gave me. They fixed it in minutes.
I want to love Hertz, but they make it hard sometimes.
If a GOLD, don't be afraid to ask for a Free upgrade if you don't like the car selected.

EricaNovember 28, 2013Don't even think about renting a car here..Many better options that I've used here. Made a reservation and they don't have any cars available. Called customer service line and not helpful either.
You have to fail multiple IQ tests to work here.- Next to SFO, the worst Hertz location ever. Gold or not, do not expect customer service of any sort.
