- Melinda RamirezMai 24, 2015Always clean and courteous. Just don't fly Spirit Air and you will be fine. I can arrange your travel anywhere or your trip back to Las Vegas!!! Mehr erfahren
- All rental cars are located off property. Take the shuttle bus to the site and all of the different companies are located together. It's super convenient.
- If you're interested in what's going on with Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh's Downtown Project, go on one of their free tours. They're doing some really cool stuff. Mehr erfahren
- Hosang YuOktober 7, 2013Ticketing, luggage check in, and security all take just 15 minutes. It still doesn't disappoint me as the best and comfortable airport I've ever been and North American continent.
- Get your shoes shined up beautifully by Gisela at the hallway stand between gates C7 and C14. She does great work and really takes care of your shoes!
- There are outlets in the floor every so often if you need to power up. The Starbucks by CPK has dirty tables, but a great view to the Allegiant Air gates (spot the Blue Man Group plane!)
- Martin TurnerFebruar 22, 2015Wanna play as soon as you land in Las Vegas? The airport contains a lot of machines and lounges with more machines (plus smoking areas) ca$hing!
- Brandon JonesMärz 24, 2013If you have a long layover, go to the new American express centurion lounge. It's amazing. Food and premium booze included on admission. Worth the fifty bucks.
- The new Terminal 3 is really nice. Terminal 1 is always nuts, especially the TSA line. I know a few folks who actually won from the airport slots, despite the odds.
- During the hot months, in the C terminal all the AC is focused around the tram station. Head there to cool off, the outer gates are HOT!
- $25 bloody Mary’s if it’s a double shot but certainly helps the unavoidable hangover. Just don’t “do stupid sh*t when drunk”!Quoting Hangover movie there. #tigerDreams #notEverythingStaysInVegas 😉
- SerchNovember 25, 2015Good service and fast lane in Inmigration Services. Also very nice people in customs. Taxi is better option than shuttle if you're traveling in 3-4 group
- Taxi lines can be long. Have a drink, take a picture, have yours taken, try your luck, meet someone, and ride it out until you get in the cab. Then vanish like it never happened.
- If you're not checking bags, skip the ticket counter and use the universal kiosks to print boarding passes. They're located on the second level of T1 & T3 near the entrances to security. Never a line!
- Don't be running late for your flight if you have a rental. It's almost a one hour investment between finding the return area, to shuttling back to the airport. The worst setup I've ever seen!
- April BowenApril 26, 2015If you're alone & going to the strip, take a shuttle. If you're in a group going to the strip, split the taxi fare! #SaveSomeMoney
- Offsite rental car facility is practically in another state. Make sure you leave at least 30 mins to to take the shuttle and get your car after you land and get your bags.
- All of the restaurants are great, especially the bagel joint. Stop by crystals too the souvenirs are priceless
- Here for the #ZillowForum? Be sure to stop by the ZExperts Lounge to get all your questions answered!
- Todd HelmsMai 20, 2013Huge and spread out., Make sure you leave plenty of time to check-in and TSA screening. We arrived about 1:45 before flight time and just arrived at our gate as boarding began.
- Sina KırhanFebruar 23, 2015Compact Guzel bir havalimanı. Havalimanında bile kumar imkanı var. Bol şanslar
- No need to hit the slots as soon as you arrive, but it is pretty cool to be slammed with the Vegas experience right out of the gate. Glad Newark Airport doesn't do that.
- El RafaJanuar 8, 2015Indeed there are slot machines inside the airport... and these are the newer kind, with newer games. Vegas is both unbelievable and beautiful : /
- Jarrod RichardsonMärz 25, 2013So apparently you can bring a purse but if you bring a carry on luggage bag its 100 more per person guess that's why they changed to the more marketable name of spirit, used to be prison rape air.
- Gamble in the airport. Lol. Good variety of stores and food. Burke in box is my favorite for sports and food.
- Tom LiJanuar 3, 2015Book a shuttle. It's fast and comfortable and you can book it on the spot. It's also far cheaper than a taxi if you're going to a hotel.
- Abraham LimoDezember 23, 2013Abraham Limo Service combines your Airport limo service needs into one hassle-free resource with modern, clean and brand-new limos in peak condition http://abrahamlimovegas.com/las-vegas-airports/ Mehr erfahren
- There's a Starbucks in the Baggage Claim area, and it's never crowded. That's for both terminals, don't go to the ones in the gate areas if you're on your way out.
- If you're parking at the airport, whether it be long term, short term, or economy, don't forget to write down you're floor and don't forget your ticket! You need it to pay on your way out! :)
- Huge airport, as a gambler nothing better than stepping of the plane straight into a slot machine. Always packed. Lots of good food options, security line still long even with Precheck
- Nick NicholasJuly 8, 2019One of the very few airports where u can drink smoke and gamble while waiting for your flight. Lol. 👍🏻
- Harry ShadeMai 24, 2014The friendlier u r with the TSA staff and the better attitude u have about the whole process, the better the experience. U can certainly make things easier by arriving early.
- If you need a drink, stop by the liquor store by baggage claim. They often have free samples. But something small, tip well, THEN ask about the sample.
- Nothing like American air travel to reinforce the fact that we live in a Third World country that doesn’t have the cojones to do high-speed rail. Instead, we’re stuck with subpar highwaycause #murica
- The airport is spacious and the gates have ample seating. Good options for good and they have an Amex Centurion Lounge.
- Sean StaleyApril 9, 2015The pet relief area is a nice grassy spot! You do have to venture outside the baggage claim and hang a left to the grassy knoll.
- Adam StallmanSeptember 25, 2018Not sure if there is another airport in the world that you can be greeted by the sweet sound of spinning slot machines the moment you walk off the plane. Just don’t spend all your money in one place.
- Be aware of who you ride with. Though the ride share services seem to be a good deal, the drivers are not vetted. Getting into an Uber car is like hitchhiking along the freeway, the driver -a mystery.
- Ruth BanburyJanuar 6, 2019Really helpful and patient when you do something stupid like leave your duty free in your hand luggage
- Amy SawyerJuni 15, 2013Get here at least 2 hours before your flight. Vegas is a very busy airport and there are lines. They do their best to get you through quickly, but give yourself time.
- Arthur BruynOktober 17, 2014Be sure to be in time at The airport...long line-up luggage drop...long line security check and then monorail to (D) gate...might even take 1 1/2 hrs from entering to gate !!
- Take the city bus to the strip instead of a cab. You'll find it at zero level and there is pleanty of room for bags. Take the weatcliff express. Foray stop is mgm 2nd is nyny. Only $2 each!
- Southwest and US Airways dominate the market here. Well, mostly SWA now. Depending where you fly with US, you'll have to go thru PHX, PHL, or CLT.
- Las VegasAugust 12, 2011McCarran Airport has more than 1,234 slot machines throughout the airport terminals. Your last chance (or first opportunity) to win big!
