- All rental cars are located off property. Take the shuttle bus to the site and all of the different companies are located together. It's super convenient.
- Men's Health MagAugust 3, 2014Here’s your last chance to win big. The airport’s new terminal 3 is complete with 1.9 million square feet—many of which are dedicated to slot machines Mehr erfahren
- Taking a cab is the best mode of transportation. I took the advice of someone in the airport not to take the freeway and it still cost me $30 to get to the Wynn plus I sat in traffic for over 20 min.
- Claudia MittJuni 26, 2016This Las Vegas airport is huge! NY are not bigger, London is like. Very organized here. All very far!
- David ChitanavaMai 4, 2019It feels from the entrance that you are in Vegas. Slot machines are everywhere and attracting passengers with flashing lights.
- TengisOktober 30, 2014McCarran offers you that last chance to hit it big with a life changing win! How? By placing slot machines quite conveniently throughout departure hall.
- Try the Sammy Hagar Beach Bar Restaurant by the C gates. The lime chicken strips are great and the dipping sauces make them even better!
- April BowenDezember 2, 2014Like that the announcements are very clear & easy to understand. Don't like that outlets are hard to find other than at the recharging stations.
- Cabs in August were averaging $25 southern end of the strip, $35+ to the strip near Encore and $58-65 downtown hotels. These were averages and went higher if there was an event at T Mobile Arena.
- Taking a cab from here? Ask them to NOT take the freeway. Cheaper fare, same amount of time, every time.
- Abraham LimoDezember 23, 2013Abraham Limo Service combines your Airport limo service needs into one hassle-free resource with modern, clean and brand-new limos in peak condition http://abrahamlimovegas.com/las-vegas-airports/ Mehr erfahren
- During the hot months, in the C terminal all the AC is focused around the tram station. Head there to cool off, the outer gates are HOT!
- Kenneth McKlinskiJanuar 12, 2022Iced Blend Mocha from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is mighty refreshing after a long flight.
- pamela thomassonJuly 2, 2013Sunday after checkout is busy. Sunday night and Monday we zipped through. Best TSA setup I have seen. Plenty of lines and screeners.
- Amy HoneyJuly 31, 2018Terminal 1 is my favorite terminal! And California Pizza Kitchen is the best sit down restaurant!
- Mychele BissonAugust 16, 2017The united terminal is quiet and clean. The southwest terminal is like spring break in Puerto Rico. Crazy, chaos, no one is sure of where they are going. Don't know how to get around it though.
- Tom LiJanuar 3, 2015Book a shuttle. It's fast and comfortable and you can book it on the spot. It's also far cheaper than a taxi if you're going to a hotel.
- If you're not checking bags, skip the ticket counter and use the universal kiosks to print boarding passes. They're located on the second level of T1 & T3 near the entrances to security. Never a line!
- K. WareAugust 31, 2010Eat @ Villa Pizza. The #2 is a deep-dish piece of pizza, any side (baked ziti is delish), and a medium drink for less than $10. A double cheeseburger meal @ wendys costs more but is not near as tasty
- Dylan ReederAugust 6, 2014Get here 2 hours early, you'll need both of them. Wifi is fast. Slots are fun. Airplanes live here.
- Check out barrio cafe! Great Mexican restaurants I tried the barrio tacos with fajita chicken and the bloody Mary's very good!
- Grab a beer at Burke in the Box in concourse D and have a side car for $4. Try talking down the bartender to have it for $2.
- Carla Kehdi CipulloFebruar 24, 2015Pense num lugar para se divertir e ver hotéis lindos??? Esse lugar com certeza é Las Vegas...simplesmente apaixonante!!!!
- Andrea BJuni 28, 2013If flying in/out at night, be sure to keep an eye out for the strip when you're in the air. The view is breathtaking. If only we were allowed to use cameras that close to the ground.
- Melinda OttApril 1, 2013One of my least favorite airports. If you are unlucky enough to have a layover here with small children, know that changing tables are hard to find.
- If waiting for a friend to pick you up in a cab, and her cab driver suggests to wait at The Front of the cab line, ignore the advice. The McCarran cops yell at you to move, but Jim S. might save you!
- When arriving, if taking a cab, always tell the cabbie NOT to take the freeway. You will save your first $20 of your trip. If that $20 is a winner, you can thank me later.
- Facilities are great and layout makes navigation easy. But an airport full of tourists that often don't fly much brings it's own frustrations in security lines and at gates.
- Decent airport. Free Wi-Fi, nice selection of places to eat & drink, wells Fargo ATMs, lockers & plenty of outlets to recharge. Wolfgang Puck Express has great sandwiches, pizza & beer.
- Easy airport, in and out . Short cab ride down to the strip. Luggage fast and great people watching.
- Chris H.September 7, 2014Get your last (or first) minute gamble on. Variety of quick service food options, but if you see something you like, stop. There are limited full service options. Southwest check in can get backed up
- Jarrod RichardsonMärz 25, 2013So apparently you can bring a purse but if you bring a carry on luggage bag its 100 more per person guess that's why they changed to the more marketable name of spirit, used to be prison rape air.
- Heinie Brian HartendorpJuly 27, 2018It's been 8 years since I last visited this airport and it still amazes me. It keeps up (a bit) to the Dubai airport :-) 10/10
- The $8.50 shuttle to hotel seems like a good deal until you realize they wait before they’re filled, it’s per person, and Uber is in the $11 range.
- Donna CruzAugust 9, 2013You are now free to roam the concourse with your favorite beer, wine, or cocktail!
- Don't be running late for your flight if you have a rental. It's almost a one hour investment between finding the return area, to shuttling back to the airport. The worst setup I've ever seen!
- If your staying overnight and you wish to sleep soundly withput any passerbys disturbing you. Go to D18 at night its deserted PLUS its near restrooms! Hurrah!
- V FNovember 17, 2014Baggage check upon entry with Southwest is easy with your mobile boarding pass. I dined at Villa Pizza after a recommendation but for a stromboli and mac n cheese both decent at best, too overpriced.
- Mário MatiuzziMärz 19, 2015Um lindo aeroporto e tem Wi-Fi com boa velocidade. Fica bem pertinho da strip e tem shuttle grátis para o prédio com agências de locação de carros.
- Nick NicholasJuly 8, 2019One of the very few airports where u can drink smoke and gamble while waiting for your flight. Lol. 👍🏻
- Todd HelmsMai 20, 2013Huge and spread out., Make sure you leave plenty of time to check-in and TSA screening. We arrived about 1:45 before flight time and just arrived at our gate as boarding began.
- Rogério HotaJuni 11, 2018Maquininhas de cassino até o aeroporto. Muito bem sinalizado. Cuide com os deslocamentos entre os terminais. É feito de tram como na maioria dos aeroportos dos EUA.
- Perhaps the least competent TSA staff (pretty consistently). Anyway, don't plan for efficiency or PRE staffing and you'll be fine.
- Sami AhmedMai 11, 2018If you don't have TSA Pre check, make sure to arrive early especially during the peak flight times.
- Security gates and trams to terminals can add time to your commute. Plan accordingly when flying out of Vegas, ESPECIALLY around times of big events (CES, etc).
- When taking a cab, make sure they for run up your fare by taking you on the highway! Tell them to stick to the local route to keep the price reasonable!
- Gamble in the airport. Lol. Good variety of stores and food. Burke in box is my favorite for sports and food.
