Absolutely my fav hotel to stay in Chicago. Angels&Kings has great drinks music service. Chucks restaurant has tasty flat breads. Stayed on the Prince Floor&got a FENDER for the night! Overall soGREAT

Rooms are very nice; the platinum ones are located in the corners, so the view of the Mag Mile is great. Very disappointing that you get charged for Wi-Fi, you even have to pay for wired internet!

I Hired Echo limousine 773-774-1074 to get to Hard Rock hotel and back to airport. The driver met us at baggage claim holding a sign (Used an alias, just like a rock star!). Thumbs up for concierge!

The hotel is in the beautifully renovated Carbon and Carbon building (designed in 1929!). Great rates for downtown Chicago!

Excellent service here. The concierge is amazing. Housekeeping is great. Front desk.. So hospitable. Should be rated higher. Superb.

I love this hotel but the windows are covered in spiders. They said all high rises in Chicago are... Is that true? Not good if u have arachnophobia!!!!

In short: fifty dollar parking, no blow dryer, sensors in mini bar, and maid wakes you up at 8:30am on saturday. Heading to the Hilton!

Old but well maintained. Comfy rooms but no fridge, some street facing rooms noisy. Poor wifi even w hotel provided router. Decent breakfast menu. Love the location tho!

When using the in-room keurig be sure to have Te mug rightside up, otherwise housekeeping has a major clean up on their hands

Great location in the renovated, historical Carbon & Carbide building. Happening bar & restaurant. Rooms are nice but spare - do NOT get a room by the icemaker! Not Chicago's best but good for a stay! Mehr erfahren

Orig was going to get a tower room. Took 3 hrs b4 the man apoled for the delay and upgd my hubby and I to the suite for no xtra charge gave us a free horse carriage since the hotel car was in use

The mini bar has sensors to detect when things are taken out. You touch it and it might get added to your bill. Be careful!

2nd time at this hotel: certain that conditioner & the lotion are the same. Huge bug in my room. Scary picture of Marilyn Manson facing my bed. Led Zeppelin floor (23) cool but not sure I'll be back.

It's a hassle to get to the gym if you don't have a room in "the tower". Restaurant is decent but eat breakfast someplace else.

The rooms and vibe is nice but Internet is horribly slow and they are short on routers. Tap in the shower is broken and breakfast isn't very good. Great location though.
