Beautifully remodeled. The staff is impeccable. We showed up at 1pm when checkin was not until 3 and got right in. I'm loving my choice if hotel right now.

Everything here has been nice so far. Even got upgraded to a king bed room even though I booked a cheaper queen room! Nice FD staff too!

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Decent rates for a downtown hotel. However, Corey at the front desk will lie directly to your face. Ask for somebody else.

Beautiful Rooms, Valet parking (only $3 extra), walking distance to EVERYTHING!! Easy wifi access and good rates ;) if you can request a room a little higher up, the streets can be loud

Rooms are small but nice. Staff kind of rude but the valet guys are courteous and very helpful. Internet slooooow. Best is free breakfast

The rooms are nice - updated and comfortable. Everything nearby seems to close early, however - no nice places to stop in for a drink after 8.

Not the newest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in (old tv and furnishings), but service was good and room is clean and comfy. Tip... Spend the extra $3 to get valet parking.

Free oven baked cookies@front desk :) complimentary breakfast. Don't get a room that's a even# you'll hear church bells ever hr on the hr. Gets annoying!

They're 2 hours late getting our rooms ready. I'm glad we showed up late to give them plenty of time. Also, front desk lady, thanks for being pissed at us for your housekeeping not doing their jobs.

Valet parking only and it wasn't $3. It was $20. Factor that in when choosing a hotel downtown.

Мало воды дают 0.2л на 3 дня :) нет холодильника. А в остальном отлично, есть утюг, две кровати..завтраки разные, но одинаково никакие :) вид из окна хороший.

Having honors card doesn't seem to have it's perks, get resistance with negotiating rates when other hotels r willing w/o a card. Not user friendly! Refuse to disc $20 to get $100...not good!!

Valet parking is no longer only $3 extra....it is now $20 extra...so not terrible but a lot higher than in 2012-one yr, big change in price!

There valet service is horrible. They have no sense of customer service. The other parts of the hotel are fantastic.

Impossible to sleep! AC fan moans all night, then at 830am the cleaning crew stood outside the paper thin door to gossip to each other for nearly an hour before I had enough :-/

Don't trust the staff in getting you a cab.. the one they got me (Jonny / Will) charged me $120 for a $65 ride.

We called 20 minutes before we arrived to get a room and when we came to check in they told us our reservation was made for the day before...how the hell is that possible??!! Dumb asses.
