Construction was finished before I came and so no problems. Room has a fridge and microwave and single serve coffee maker. Third floor is quiet.
Wonderful people , excellent customer service - always warm, friendly and welcoming!- If you have kids then grab a small box of Cheerios at breakfast bar for a snack later.
ChrisApril 16, 2014The shuttle service is anything but punctual. First night we waited 30 minutes. Second night we waited over an hour. Complained to service desk they had no explanation
Greg LaddFebruar 18, 2013Do not recommend this by any means. Construction all over the hotel, noisy. Nothing decent to eat at nearby. Hyatt Place is much better right up the street.
