Do not come to the here thinking that Guy himself is cooking the food. This place is set up in a tourist attraction area, with that said, stick with basic burger & fries

Staff is not especially personable. We had a staff member try to take away our napkins and glasses asking if were finished before we had even eaten. Food is pricey for what it is.

The Italian nachos were alright, not great. The Cajun chicken was pretty good. It's not the best restaurant in town but there are some standouts.

Decent food. Overpriced but typical of times square/theater district. Quality was acceptable and wait was shorter compared to surrounding area eateries.

The desserts are good. Avoid the chicken (fingers and sandwich). Donkey sauce not too bad. Staff friendly.

Not sure how everyone raved about great service, but I didn't get silverware, they forgot to bring appetizers and took 10 min to get ketchup. Burger was surprisingly good though.

Food was great but took way too long to get a waiters attention for anything. We asked for a dessert menu, the waiter passed us 5 times so we asked for the check instead. 😞

I love Guy and am a huge fan of triple d but I gotta admit I was disappointed. Ordered the a Rotisserie Chicken sandwich and it was average and way over priced. First and last time here.

There is no cell reception in lower half of the Resturant and the free wifi blows. This place is barbaric
