Afternoon tea was good, but extremely overpriced if you want to have champagne (19£/glass). Many other options in London w/ equal quality offer champagne included. Had to wait 30 mins to get our bill.

Paying £35 as a minimum charge per person in addition to what we had to pay for the order? I don't think a 5-stars hotel should do that! We ended up paying £150 for a £30 order!

فندق جميل رغم انه قديم! ،موقعه ممتاز جداً خاصه للتسوق. عيبه أحياناً نوعية السكان و الزحمه الي عند المدخل و اللوبي.

While they lose major points for having only wired internet in the rooms for $$ (get with the program and get free wifi, ugh), they've got a killer location and unbeatable rates on Priceline ($160!)

المكان حلو والجيزكيك لذيذه بس مو الافضل (عاديه) بس كان في شي مستغرب في الفاتوره اضافة ١٢.٥٪ من قيمة الفاتوره لللخدمه كانت محسوبه وغير واضحه، ممكن انك ترفضها (تلغيها)

Room service is very slow and their rooms are way too old for my taste, however, the location is great and having Starbucks in the lobby is a plus too

Way overrated. Good location but the hotel is oldish and stuffy and not worth it. The room was really plain with views to an ugly courtyard. And no pool and no WiFi !!
