I had a great late lunch today...Satay stir-fry with chicken and rice noodles was excellent! Enough left over for my hubby tonight. Thanks for cooking such a great dish!

If you're hankering for an appetizer, the chicken tenders are great! The tangy honey mustard was a great match.

Be careful if purchasing the chicken strips for kids - they have GREEN THINGS on them.
