Free wifi, good bf selection, one bus ride from Firenze smn, 25 minute walk to city centre, hotel staff shut off AC in the middle of the night which is annoying, bathroom shower is tiny, ride staff

Located centrally in OldTown, and 10min walk away from all the main attractions, by the river. Nice, descent, clean; has good food and business area. Rooms are very proper in size. Staff is very kind.

Nice clean 4star hotel. Good food at the lovely bar/terrace. Small rooms, but clean. Charger for most types of cellphones in every room. Just a pool would be nice.

For you who need wifi you should check out other hotel, wifi here is paid and expensive (E 5.00 per hour). You can use their pcs with internet but its same price. But services here are great!

Todo bueno en el hotel menos el personal del front desk. El hotel remodelado y buen wi fi. Un buen hotel, con mala atención y falta de amabilidad en el front desk

gostei do hotel o café da manhã é bom e quando você pedir a senha do wifi eles vão falar que só vale por um dia mas e mentira salva a senha no seu computador ou no seu celular

Well, looks like a very nice hotel but there are a lot of mosquitos in the room, Wifi does not work, even calling the front desk 3 times they did not fix it. For this price it’s not good deal.

Cab to airport around 20 euro, usually cab driver uses fixed price. You can call cab from reception.

Breakfast sucks big time - for most of the things that are included in other hotels you have to pay extra, coffee is made of concentrate, scrambled eggs of egg powder :-( Rooms are small but clean.

O Wi-Fi é sofrível, pior que internet discada. Restaurante para o café da manhã é pequeno demais para todos os hóspedes. Mas os quartos são bons, bem espaçosos, e o hotel é bem localizado.

Their wifi is monitored by police, so I strongly advice to you, keep away from serious content, use VPN!

I've been there for a meeting.This hotel is fully equipped 4 for every business comfort.Don't ask any help to the staff 'cause they aren't so friendly!

Resepsiyondan itibaren ilgisiz bir personel buldum karşımda. 267 numaralı odayı verdiler. Özellikle double tek yatak istediğim halde bana 3 tane tel yatağı olan oda verdiler. Değiştirmelerini istedim.

Hotel localizado a 2km do centro (20 min andando), com café da manhã confuso e com poucas opções, porém é satisfatório, quarto com tv, boas camas, secador, box do banheiro pequeno só cabe 1 pessoa.
