As with every gym there are peak times where it's a bit crowded, but come mid am or mid pm and you have your very own space and pace. The staff is great and there is a great blend of members.
Awesome workout facility! Good staff and helpful. Try any if the areas Gold's!!
If you havent signed up for Lauren's Boot camp yet, then youre missing out! Mondays and Wednesday at noon! great workout!
