Good gym. Get there before 11 or after 1pm if you want a squat rack. It’s a bit dark for my taste but the upstairs cardio area is all windows.
Great gym for workers downtown and/or travel. Membership is good all over. And free tanning for $25!!
Check out the Cardio Theater in the back downstairs. It's always nice and cool for getting a run in!

Joe AmadorJuly 22, 2010Nice gym. One day visitor pass is pretty steep, $25. But worth it if you want a good workout. Hell, I'll spend way more on a night out and that does nothing for my health
Less busy later in the evening. Tons of equipment upstairs that can be easily overlooked.
Great gym... $10 for a year of parking, but beware that even though the garage says it will close at 8:00pm on the weekends, they really mean 7:30pm... :(

Most of the trainers seem more out of shape then most of the clientele here.
Don't plan on actually getting to use the free parking they lie to you about.
Train with Chris Lucci if you are serious and want a professional.- Park somewhere else downtown because their "free parking" garage is a joke. Always full. Worst gym I've ever belonged to.
Work out with a trainer. It'll get you much better results- Parking here is a nightmare. The garage people are clueless. How does this place stay open?!?
