Best times to come is 9:00am then again at 6:00pm but to miss all those moms working out cone at 8:00 and Sundays .
Body Pump with Randy on Sunday are the best. Push yourself and take his spinning class afterwards too. Phew, I'm exhausted just thinking about it!
