- Make sure you don't put room key by cell or you will have to walk to lobby to get a new key...frustrating.
- Ananda LeekeOktober 24, 2011I complained about the absence of heat and hot water in the bathroom sinks many times on October 21 and 22. No one ever addressed the complaints in person.

- Def try to get a room by elevators. Hotel is laid out awkwardly and will take time to get oriented.
- Chris MerkelDezember 28, 2012The rooms are definitely not worth this price, at any season. This is the same quality you would get at a Day's Inn, not remotely close to the quality of Vegas or Disneyworld. This is not a resort.
- Eat at the coastal cuisine restaurant inside the resort. You get cotton candy with your check!
- MaryJuni 8, 2019Don’t order room service. Ordered their market classic and cracked egg sand white h and both were not edible. Mine was served with moldy bread. Walk to the Starbucks.

- Ananda LeekeOktober 24, 2011Finally, I complained very early on the morning of October 23 and threatened to write a bad review on social media sites. The staff person then asked if we wanted to move to another room.
- Jamie JuncosaMärz 17, 2017Location is about the only good thing. The pillows are those cheap full of lumps pillows. Slept terrible and here for a work meeting so now I am exhausted but need to be on.
- Gregory McGillJuni 24, 2011I was here last weekend for a friend's college graduation. It is a nice place . lots of things to do
- Chris MerkelDezember 28, 2012Avoid the buffet restaurant. Just run. Service was worst I've ever had, to the point where we went to the waiters' station to get drinks ourselves. Many tables were ignored, and it wasn't crowded.
- Ananda LeekeOktober 24, 2011After my Sunday shuttle drama experience and weekend without heat or hot water in bathroom sinks at the Gaylord National, I began tweeting about the poor service. I will post a review onYelp.

- Keonté SmithDezember 27, 2011Make sure you ask questions before standing in a long line. There are a lot of employees walking around who can assist you.

- This place is the real cesspool on the Potomac...
- Christopher RankinFebruar 15, 2010Don't park in the Gaylord's rip-off parking garage unless staying overnight in the hotel. $19 for parking is more than charged in downtown DC!
- AnimeCons.comJanuar 21, 2012After attending Katsucon, don't forget to submit a link to your convention report to AnimeCons.com!
- Joe CornwallMai 18, 2012Like the other 4 Gaylord locations at which I've stayed, this one too is overpriced by double, lacking in sincere customer service and absolutely nothing special. Its just big. Avoid if you can.
- The White HouseDezember 24, 2011President Obama gave remarks at the 71st General Assembly of the Union for Reform Judaism. Mehr erfahren
