Funkwerks has the best sour (but not too sour) beers. Order the provincial punch—it’s a mix of all the provincials on tap! 🍻 The beertenders are always so nice and helpful. Plus, free pretzels.

Out of 30+ countries I have been to/lived in, this is one of the most interesting breweries Ive ever been too. Original and daring recipes which completely ignore the traditional craft brew selections

The Ft. Collins location for Saisons and Sours. Always on my list of Ft. Collins breweries to stop by when I'm in town!

New fav combination, the Prophet King - 60/40 tropic king/dark prophet. Try it if u are adventurous, you"ll like it.

The Saison is the flagship beer, but the Casper is really nice. Try this new brewery. Open till 8, so come after Odell and New Belgium.

Both Funkwerks and Crooked Stave beers are amazing! Great small brewery with an amazing outlook on what they make!
