Comfy seating, an owner who cares about his customers and neighbors as individuals, pots of loose tea as well as coffee, a lunch and breakfast menu, Sebastian Joe's ice cream and music never booms.

The staff is friendly. Today, the service was a bit slow & they messed up on my order (made my quesadilla with the gluten tortilla instead of the gf free one). Soup was not hot but all tasted good!

Wonderful place to just relax, drink a wonderful cup of coffee, and get work done! The owner is awesome and loves what he does! Great chicken salad and soup!
