Get the Baby Back Ribs, Memphis style (no sauce)). Then experiment with the plethora of sauces at the table for dipping. Why trap yourself into one sauce? Try one sauce for each rib!

Yipes. Maybe I was wrong--I got hellfire pickles, and even the coleslaw has a bit of a kick to it. Mustard coleslaw, though, is great. I hope it stays on the menu.

Delicious :) I have also had the servers leave themselves a little extra. Always pay cash here, but it's almost worth the trouble. If there are only 2 of you, good luck getting good service!

Brisket Bürger was very good, if a bit crunchy around the edges. Chicken wings my wife ordered were heavily salted, ditto her fries.

Is it my imagination, or is more and more of the food here spicy? Firecracker green beans?! Thank goodness you can get non-hellfire pickles.

Get a brisket burger! Also, the pickles are much better. The spicy red flakes that ruined them before are gone!

Great BBQ here! The chicken is just a little dry.. but it's so good! Multiple sauce options, I opt for the mild.

The mashed potatoes ate very good, but just don't go well with ribs. Maybe ham or turkey.
