Jessica C. • September 25, 2011Best Japanese lunch in Vancouver. Try the Deluxe set, Tonkatsu set, or Kakuni Bowl. Unforgettable.
Jessica C. • September 25, 2011Another restaurant of the Guu series. Don't miss out on the Kakuni pork belly or the Kabocha Korroke.
Melon L. • July 12, 2016Delicious and fun izakaya spin in Vancouver. Don't miss a trip to any Guu's when in Vancouver!
Stephen B. • Oktober 23, 2012Order the Tuna Tataki. It's not on the menu, but its by far the best you'll ever have anywhere!
Rachel L. • August 14, 2012Best ramen I have ever had!!! Can't wait until they open in Toronto in October 2012!!!!
Michelle • Dezember 8, 2018Delicious. Chasu has a good mix of fat and meat. There's a layer of oil on top (true to Fukuoka style) which traps heat, perfect for cold weather. Don't make my mistake, go with normal spicy or extra.
Caleb W. • Februar 15, 2012My favorite Japanese place in Vancouver. Try the asparagus!!
Robstar G. • Januar 26, 2014Delicious isn't good enough to describe how good our meal & service was. Absolutely mouth watering.
Luke T. • Dezember 4, 2013The rice bowls they serve are legit. The salmon don is great. You get a solid meal for only eight/nine bucks.
Mara M. • Juni 6, 2018Our server recommended us traditional, simple choices that perfectly matched our taste. The appetizers were delicious and the sashimi was only the best seasonal fish.
Pavle K. • August 25, 2019Miso soup is outstanding. Ginger fried pork rice bowl is absolutely tasty (tender, flavourful and filling). Very authentic cuisine. Service was good and pricing is in line with quality they provide.
Andrew H. • July 19, 2013Great hidden ramen spot upstairs of the Robson public market! Try tomato ramen!
Mario C. • July 3, 2021Super friendly staff with great recommendations on excellent sushi. Our favorite was the Sushi Pepper Popper -- delicious with a hint of heat!
Naomi G. • Dezember 5, 2015I came here with two Japanese friends and we all were amazed how authentic their food was! All nigiri were beutifully made by the ownerchef. Real sushi :)
Jon B. • August 9, 2016Get the Dynamite combo: a massive spicy tuna and massive spicy scallop, miso and salad for $8. A very tasty value proposition!
Cristian C. • März 19, 2011Not worth it. Might as well go to Downtown Sushi Bar. This place is cheaper, but if you pay $2 more at other places, you can have way better service and food.
