Such a beautiful studio! Great natural lighting in the barre room and awesome instructors that work with you to make alignment adjustments and modifications. Welcoming and zen atmosphere
This is my fave exhale location. The facilities are fantastic and the vibe is very 'ladies who lunch'. Reco the chill yoga & core fusion. Mary for massages. So much yes! Ps amazing shower products.

Sign up for their emails to get deals on massages, acupuncture, and facials. The best way to unwind is to go in for a massage on a Friday or Sunday evening, after the fitness classes are ending.
The classes here are amazing! Treat yourself to a massage and facial, too. I have yet to be disappointed.
SarahJanuar 5, 2013Laura gave an incredible facial, and she swapped out the hand/arm massage for neck/shoulders when I told her that area was really hurting. Don't skip the warm neck pillows in the relaxation room.
Take any class with Bergen! Not for the faint of heart but she is a fantastic instructor. Her cardio classes are no joke, you will get your money's worth!
Spa services are great but can be a bit distracting by the fitness classes' music/crowd. Front desk staff is often confused for some reason!

Take barre class with Jesse - he's awesome! This Exhale also has a wonderful ladies' locker room.

Richard LDezember 21, 2010Men steam room is flakey. They forget to turn the breaker on sometimes. Ask them to start it before your workout.
They offer an unlimited week of classes to newbies for only $40!
