Their bagels are big and chewy. I personally had better bagels though. Also the employees are not very attentive and friendly. I guess the fate of service when people buy things anyway

I went at 11:30 and I had to wait 45 mins for a bagel... Bagels are good but you shouldnt have to wait in a 45 min line (this is New York City)!!!!!

Everything bagel with chicken salad and a slice of tomato. Line wasn't bad at 1:15 PM on a Monday. Either way, it's so worth it!

Can't get over the hot everything bagel with chicken salad. Surprisingly good combination... maybe the best bagel or sandwich I've ever had for lunch in my life.

Pro tip: go to back counter and order a half dozen w cream cheese to go. Skip the long morning line for single orders.

Bagels are delicious but the line is always SO LONG, so be prepared to wait about an hour.

So annoying that their bagels taste so good. Need to be ok with waiting in slow, inefficient lines on weekends though. And waiting again in another line to pay. It helps to tag team.

Tell them first thing if you want your bagel to be warm. Otherwise they will hand you a cold bagel, and get mad at you and refuse if you ask for them to warm it.
