- Ana VillegasAugust 7, 2016Great location and very "boutique-ish". We always used to stay on the river walk until we discovered EM. Very nice cozy bar area and restaurant. Some rooms have very small restrooms but it's ok.
- Marianne HalvorsenFebruar 2, 2014Very central and excellent service. Hotel is newly renovated and rooms are beautiful
- Marc AlvarezJuly 4, 2012Rooms r okay, unless you want to pay more than you originally booked for....BEWARE: Read copious fineprint. Boutique hotel? Right...lots of 2 star examples.....14 mins to valet park ($28) OVERRATED!
- Ben Ma-StSeptember 10, 2013Amazing service and rooms. Everyone says that it is cracking and stuff like that but I have stayed here two times and have not gotten a bad room or service.
- Alamo views, amazing food and beautiful historic hotel. I'm in love with The Emily Morgan.
- Michael ConawayAugust 7, 2014Restraunt downstairs is amazing! Get the pizza ormacand cheese, it will be the best you ever had.
- Moe DexlerApril 14, 2016Beautiful historic hotel right next to the Alamo. Great rates and great location.
- Fileza HardenSeptember 12, 2015Military discount is $3 less than regular price. Hotel parking is $30!!! Parking outback is $20 for 8 hours. They get you in parking smh
- Lacey DanielleFebruar 14, 2012Got the valentines day package! It was very romantic. Service was great, room was very classy, & the view was really great from the 11th floor.
- John SmithAugust 8, 2013We stayed on the 9th floor which is suppose to be one of the haunted floors and our spa kept turning on in the middle of the night. Next morning our clock radio sounded and the alarm wasn't even set.
- Next time someone asks me where hotel heaven is, I'm telling them the 14th floor at Emily Morgan... The hotel rooms, service, location.... Awesome!
- Chad HembreeAugust 8, 2018Great location and very nice rooms. $39 to park in Texas seems borderline ridiculous.
- The 3rd, 7th, 9th, 11th and 12th floors are haunted. Hotel used to be a hospital and psychiatric facility. Elevator sometimes gets stuck in the basement- which was the morgue.
- Jennifer FisherJanuar 9, 2011Nice rooms (& bathrooms are renovated) in this old hotel across from the Alamo. Great location to everything! They accept pets at the hotel too.
- TravisFebruar 18, 2018You pay for the location and historic label. Elevators didn’t work as well as A/C and outlets.
- DHR.comSeptember 10, 2012You'll love this hotel for three reasons: good prices, great food and amazing views.
- Read the history of Emily Morgan- pretty funny. Thanks for taking one for the team with Santa Anna!
- Google most haunted hotel in San Antonio and you will find the Emily Morgan true story
- Fileza HardenSeptember 12, 2015No fridges in the room. No ice machines. No complimentary brkfast. Parking $30! Military discount is $3 off. The complimentary bathrm items not available. Better off staying at the Hyatt Regency!
- Kyle CarpenterJuly 9, 2012Ground level bathrooms are not air conditioned. The cool jazz doesn't do much to cool in the summer.
- Greg MetcalfDezember 13, 2010cool old hotel with renovated rooms (but bathrooms are older). Try a bloody mary at the bar.
- Hotel TonightSeptember 8, 2011Unique terracotta gargoyles depict various ailments, reflecting the 1920s building's medical past. Creepy cool.
- Tanya McKee Patterson-MorrisAugust 22, 2010Although valet is a little pricey. The rooms are great and the service is awesome!
- MicheleSeptember 7, 2015uhmm I don't see anything creepy...yet. but it's past midnight and I'm craving food. room service is closed...fail
- Chris ReedJuly 15, 2011Hotel is suppose to be haunted but what scared me was the two charges of $28.11 for parking. We're here for only one night and less than 24 hours yet they charged for two days parking still.
- Samuel LaceySeptember 23, 2011Do your self a favor. Don't stay here! It is a wast of money. Everything is old, I don't say "historically old" it's in bad condition. I got this on price line and I will not stay here again.
- Jason LanderAugust 4, 2010Not impressed with this place. Glad I paid $62 a night on priceline. Parking is $26 a night.
