My favorite mall. Has P&G, Zara, H&M, Hogl. Gelato on the first floor and sushi at the top.
Choice offers shuttles to every hotel or bus station in Sofia for a flat rate of 3 EUR. Strongly recommended instead of the stinky taxis and especially if you are not Bulgarian.
