a hidden gem deep in the East Village, El Diablito offers an array of taco options - the namesake taco contains chorizo and poblano - and complimentary chips and salsa.

this place is everything you want from Chipotle but better (albeit, slower). Get the el pastor bowl with grilled pineapple and of course, guac on the side.

Excellent burritos and one of the best salsas I've ever had. The habanero salsa is amazing! The food is not greasy at all. El Diablito is my go to spot for a burrito in NYC.

Restaurante pequeno e extremamente autêntico ( até a Cocacola é importada da México :-P ). Comida muito boa e um bom preço. Peça uma Victoria para acompanhar.

Love their vegetarian tacos. They just have a bung of steamed vegetables (asparagus, zucchini, avocado, corn) in the taco. Affordable and tasty!

This is the California style taqueria I've been waiting for, at least that's what their Carne Asada Quesadilla told me. Also, breakfast burritos served all day? #winner.

Try their namesake tacos: chorizo, poblano, and cotija. By far the best taco spot in the EV.

The cashier likes to watch bad afternoon talk shows, e.g., "The Real." Bring headphones. Fish tacos were delicious.

Fish and carnitas tacos were good. Guacamole had chunks of avocado. Pretty cheap.

Crappy veggie burrito - serious lack of beans cheese or salsa. Mostly rice, gross corn, undercooked peppers and zucchini. Also didn't stick with me if you know what I mean.

The staff are not very kind and do not fulfill orders correctly. Be careful and check your takeout orders.

Meh food. Still not the Mexican food you'll find in LA, very americanized breakfast burrito and regular burrito. Was kinda sad about it.
