Great place to have a private work. In addition to getting that small town trust of putting drinks on your tab which is my favorite!!!

Friendly staff, laid back atmosphere given it is a gym. Monika Music teaches the most motivating spin classes with the best play list!

All the yoga classes are awesome. A nice mix of difficulty. All the instructors are great!

Structure damage on the ceiling, boxing classes are functioning without bags until its fixed.
