Great amenities here. There were free buffets at night with beer and hors d'oeuvres. Nice coffee shop in the lobby (not a real Starbucks, though) as well. Good exercise gym. 5/5
Check-in always a breeze. Convenient location. Big rooms with great water pressure. The food in the restaurant is hit or miss (the tacos are a safe bet). Ask for a room on the opposite of the train.

Staff is incredibly friendly, and the rooms are clean and updated. Still, this hotel is showing its age.

Moit LasJuly 7, 2020I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and service was horrible. I requested fresh new towels and toilet paper and they never gave us any. Our rooms were never cleaned maybe due to covid.

Don't rely on the shuttle running when it is supposed to. Bring cab fare and a lucky charm because cabs are hard to find downtown.

Tiffany Oktober 3, 2011Worst experience ever! Staff was unfriendly. Shuttle left us stranded, no hot water, tested the fire alarms at 845am, and house keeping knocked on our door 2x before 930am while we were still in bed!
