One of a few gems in the area. Take a mid-day vacation to Spain! Pressed sandwiches ... it's all great!

Chris EvansJuni 13, 2014The picante bocadillo is a very solid lunch sandwich. $3 chips are good, but like, $3- Go to Despana and get the Picante sandwich: "chorizo picante", mahon cheese, piparras (basque spicy guindilla peppers), tomatoes, aioli sauce. Amazingly good and spicy.

This place is amazing. If you're looking for authentic Spanish ingredients there isn't a better place in the city.
