Great folks, great coffee. I go here A LOT!! Haven't tried the food yet, but can vouch for their cappuccino & flat white - FANTASTIC. Opening hours are best as it's always crowded. CLOSED - Wednesday

I have been to this place twice! Both the waffles and lunch menu looks amazing. Haven't tasted everything on the menu, but if you are a piggy fan, I will recommend you to try the 'piggy & eggs'.

1st visit here.. cozy casual ambience, friendly staffs. Great cafe latte soy (like the full body taste).. waffle is great too. Food Menu full of varities, cant wait to come back again!! 👍👍👍👍👍

A place with no signboard but a little name "Dept of Caffeine". Recommended->Cafe Mocha, Buttermilk waffles with bananas! Waffles aren't those usual thick waffles, delicious with Icecream n bananas!

Realised I left a tip here in 2013. This is an update. The waffles w scrambled eggs + bacon is STILL delish. And they've free wifi now! Perfection.

delicious Brioche French Toast stuffed w maple syrup bananas, served with vanilla yoghurt. a must-try! only available during weekends. if you don't like it too sweet, pass on the maple syrup drizzle.

Delish buttermilk waffles w/ caramelised apples, blueberries & vanilla ice cream. Our lattes were reasonably gd. Wld go back again 2 try the rest of the menu. They could do w/ more a/c units or fans!

I recommend the sundried tomato & herb Waffles + scrambled eggs + bacon. This was really good, super yummy. Fluffy waffles, everything was well balanced. Funnily this place had bad broadband reception

First time here and tried the Cold Drip and the Opera cake. Good vibe though a small place. Food looks good but too full from hawker food at Maxwell.

Brownie doesn't come with ice cream. Though you could definitely top up $4 for vanilla ice cream. Really good!

The coffee is pretty good & the breakfast is edible (despite an obsession with brioche) but they've crammed in way too many covers which makes the place feel like a prison cafeteria on weekends.

Amazing waffles and brunch items. Coffee is pretty decent as well. Will advise to make a reservation in advance.

Flat white is beautifully presented, but mediocre and not smooth in taste. Lively ambiance and very helpful & friendly staff.

The coffee here is really good, I would say #chyesenghuat has some competition coming for them. Food's really affordable too. Pity no free wifi!

Service was good but food was meh... Ordered the mango smoothie (made w mango syrup - not real mangoes), shepherd's pie (nice but I'd much rather prefer mine w pastry) & dory dippers (not fresh).

Not overly impressed with their speciality Mork hot chocolate (dark) and flourless chocolate cake. Companion's meatballs in the pasta also too dry. Maybe should just stick to coffee next time.

The food's decent, weekend brunch is good and ingredients are fresh. But I wonder how long before they start stinging on their ingredients. Too crowded on weekends.

Get here before the lunchtime rush (12-1) if you want the specials like the Chicken Cordon Bleu.

Roast chicken dish is so so. Although given a large piece of chicken thigh but the meat flavour was very mild to tasteless. Not tasty. Two thumbs up for the coffee and chocolate!
