Darian: Take in a few whiffs of history.

Darian: Some really old stuff. Don't step in the horse poop. Buy something made in the craft works as it is really special stuff.

Darian: Grab a Faygo!

Darian: Diego Rivera mural. Plus, a pretty dope collection of contemporary art for us artsy fartsies.

Darian: Witness the magic of F-150 assembly on one of, if not the only automotive factory tours available in the USA.

Darian: Very cool house and estate.

Darian: Grab an 8 square pizza, some baked ravioli and an antipasta salad.

Darian: Middle Eastern or French desserts? Pick a few. They are super cheap.

Darian: $10 for the tour. Worth it!

Darian: Sometimes it smells weird, sometimes it doesn't. It's free regardless.

Darian: Beautiful theatre. Catch a show!

Darian: Ice skating in the winter. Not sure what goes on during the summer.

Darian: Scenic views and some non-scenic views. Either way, it's a nice place to check out downtown.

Darian: Lafayette or American? That is the question. Only you can find the answer.

Darian: Catch a weird indie film or some subtitled film from some foreign country. If the film sucks, enjoy the beauty of the theatre!

Darian: Strange, but yet fun.

Darian: Still gorgeous after all these years.

Darian: Basically, the Infinite Loop of it's time. This changed everything. Boom.

Darian: Literally a shell of it's former self, stop by before it gets torn down.

Darian: Gorgeous theater in a quaint downtown setting. Movies a cheap. Seats are comfy. They no longer have live banjo before the show, but it's still great fun.

Darian: No brat pack, but they won't make you write an essay about your food.

Darian: Service is slow. Food is awesome. The Pineland combo can feed 2-3 people.

Darian: Probably the only place in Flint that you want to go. Ride the train. Eat some old fashioned popcorn. Note: Eat lunch or dinner before going as the real-meal-food options are dire.

Darian: The chicken dinner is mediocre to okay. But the ambiance and oddity of the place make up for it. All you can eat chicken. It's a time capsule of late 80s early 90s culture.

Darian: Edumacate yourself.

Darian: It started as a broken down circus, but now they've got all sorts of fancy stuff. The butterfly garden and polar bears are great.

Darian: Free. Art. Free art.

Darian: It's free and it's GORGEOUS.

Darian: Cool old Canadian fort. It's nice to get a non-American view of history sometimes.

Darian: Catch a ball game. I don't even like baseball and I enjoy going to the games.

Darian: Could have something, could have nothing. It's free at least. So if it's rainy or cold and snowy, the nice thing is you can spend some time inside.

NASA: The many planetarium shows at the Crankbrook Institute include "Young Stargazers Sky Journey," where one can embark on an exciting and educational journey through the night sky and the planets.
