Rachell OliverNovember 20, 2014Awesome views of the city or the Charles River. Starbucks, Trader Joes and Dunkin Donuts within a few hundred feet. You must take a walk along the Charles River and watch the row teams!

The breakfast is shocking - disposable plastic cutlery, charged per cup of coffee , food looked like leftovers. My only breakfast here cost $30 - walk across the road to the Doubletree Hilton, 10 mins
Anthony is so nice -- he goes above & beyond with guests. This is an awesome place to stay & worth the less convenient location.

Decent location close to Harvard, but the service was pretty bad. Business center printer was out of ink with no plan to replace, and late checkout was only until 2pm without explicit mentions

It is a short walk to a lot of good food.
I can't find a standard thermostat in my room. Only the "cooler/warmer" knob inside the wall unit. This is extremely dated and not very useful. How cold is cold? How warm is warm? Argh! :-@

do not eat breakfast here or expect to be ripped off. 16.95 for crap food.
