Honestly you couldn't go wrong with anything you order, but their dip sobas! ALL OF THEM.
Silken tofu with bonito flakes. Cold ikura oroshi soba with scallion and grated radish is heaven in a bowl.

The key to eating all the soba before the flame goes out is to have 2 bundles of soba in the broth at one time. Always eating one and then reupping it.
