Great place to stay! Excellent staff! And the room we had was big and comfortable. There was a TV in the bathroom mirror......nice, but blocked your view to get ready. Great location!! Good price too

Club members remember to go to the club level for free coffee and living room to hang out for more room. Also balcony and gym are that level.

Super friendly staff except for the valets. Don't forget the club house on the top floor for free coffee & hot tea. There is a turndown service too around 7-730p which is a little surprising.

Big Rooms, free Wifi. Ok. Sometimes a bit slow, but always available. Very friendly people. Check out the club with free coffee, thee and hot choclat and the free sauna.

Wifi speed is more than you can handle! The rooms are spacious with great views, the club level is a must!

The internet connection on floor 5 are unacceptable. It is slow, it disconnects and times out.

Don't stay here. Club staff is rude (though the hotel staff was nice). Apparently the club and the hotel operate separate hotels in the same physical location.

WiFi is poor. Surfing the web & emailing is difficult & slow. No in-room ethernet connection available. WiFi stops working after a couple of hrs, be sure to log in & out to regain connection.

Bathroom sink had mold. Servers in restaurant very rude. Location was decent...looked bad, but close to alot. Hotel was OK.. Just seemed outta date.

Check out Cafe Chante on Post just 3 doors down. Owner Mohammed is a delight and an accomplished painter of old world Iranian art. Great tea, coffee, and all night hookah lounge/wine bar.

never stay on the ninth floor, wifi is too slow or it doesn't work. eighth floor has the fastest wifi.
