Two years ago, the service here was pathetic. Today was my first time back here since then. The managers must have gotten the hint at some point. Service today was very good.

Heck just sit at the bar get FREE chips and salsa everytime without this device...I do everytime I go. Get on their email get alot of atuff too.

When I called in my order I thought everything was going to be ok until I pulled up and seen this fat short mexican lady with a big bottom in pick up scratch her vagina with her thumb. Go wash lady!

I was not very impressed with this location. Came at an off peak time, and had to wait for food that came out, with a lackluster taste, and presentation. Serve was friendly and accommodating, ...

Food is typical Chilis bar food, but the takeout service is the worst EVER. Dining in service isnt much better. Corporate should be mortified.

Not bad, just not very good. Much of the service is handled via a computer terminal at the table. Kind of impersonal.

They make u wait for a table when tables are sitting empty because they can't staff properly. This is the third time I've seen this

Margarita's are the only reason to come to this location. Here on Wednesday evening, only a hand full of customers, however the service was horrible!
