Super slow service. Several empty tables & hostess said the wait is 15 min? Prob bc 4 waiters r sitting at bar while several parties waited? Food good but several places have good food. Won't b back

Tonight's food was disappointing - cold chips, soggy chicken crispers and southwest eggrolls. Service wasn't great either. Not the best Chili's I've been to. Luckily, I was hungry from floating.

Horrible service. Restaurant was slow service slower. First clue we should have noticed was all the empty tables (usually not a good sign for a restaurant ). Will think twice before going here again.

Terrible service lunch / bar area & evening bar booth /waitress.... Slowwwww lunch mgr made things right but evening didnt even acknowledge 1 1/2 wait. Oh well, #patienceisavirtue
