- Of you ever travel to hyde park by taxi from here, tell the driver to take the 55th street. Don't let them take the highway!
- While Southwest typically charges the fare difference to standby, if your flight is delayed 15 minutes or more they can waive the difference!
- Try Nuts on Clark. Great popcorn. In the terminal.
- Love coming through here vs ORD when returning from international travel!💜💗
- Park Ride Fly is a great offsite parking lot.

- Kelly ConradMai 18, 2013You can't check your bags at Southwest until 4 hours before your flight. If your hotel checkout is 11am and your flight isnt til 8pm, ask your hotel to hold your bags.

- You can get drinks to go (walk around the terminal)! Check out Reilly's Daughter Pub.
- If you use the electronic boarding pass please note midway isn't always prepared for it as they have only 1 or 2 scanners. One is always In priority so instead of waiting in lone just go over.
- No need to throw out that empty water bottle - use this refilling station near the food court!

- Midway Airport has the best selection of food options of any U.S. airport IMHO.

- Best city ever! Harry carrays does a heavy pour and gives you to go cups for your bloody mary
- Gold Coast Dogs isn’t just for hotdogs. They have decent breakfast sandwiches, too.
- Precheck surprisingly slow compared to other airports, but still faster than regular security.
- Adding some new eateries here. Potbelly and Pork Chop are up and running.

- if there's a line to check bags; sky cap is really fast and so what if you have to hang outside for a few, it saves time!! southwest for the win
- Sunday early am is a mob scene - get there well in advance

- If you have your act together, the TSA process here can be quick and painless.
- Give yourself extra time to get to and from the Economy Lot. They must only have one bus. The wait time is terrible.

- The moving walkway is not a ride. Please keep walking or politely step to the side. :)
- To save time on baggage checking, go to Skycap. Way faster and worth a few bucks!
- Looking to eat healthy? Get a salad at Springs in terminal B than go nxt door to McDONALD'S and get the classic chicken sandwich w no mayo and removed the bun.
