The common areas are really modern but the rooms are a bit more retro. The hotel personal is always ready to help you. The location of the hotel is also a positive point! I'll definitely go back!

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Great location - nice bars and restaurants in this area and CN Tower is only 26 min walk. There is a gym a nice sauna and two (small not for swim) pool on the top.

Massive Hotel. Not far off Yonge & Dundas and Eaton Centre, not my favorite location in TO but it'll do. Rooms are nice. It does get crowded going through the lobby, very busy hotel.

great location(right in the middle of downtown and very close to eaton centre)but very slow wifi!! and you could almost hear everything through the walls so not good for light sleepers!

There is a tiny coffee shop in front of the hotel on Gerrard that makes killer cappuccino @hailedcoffee

Recepção ok. Wi-fi funciona bem. Hotel tem 4 saídas, o que facilita (Bay, Elm, Yonge e Gerrard). Tem 7-eleven e Tim Hortons perto. Hotel mto grande então tem fila nos elevadores. Vá p/ deck do 27o!!!

It's a huge hotel and a little bit dated, but in a good position plus it's great for family, they have two pools and several kid's friendly amenities.

A centrally located hotel near the downtown area, near plenty of late night eating shops and public transportation. It’s simple accommodations.

The rooms are dated and the bathrooms are small, but this isn't a bad hotel. Its location is great, within walking distance of the Eaton Centre and Yonge-Dundas Square.

Great location in the city. Clean lobby but the rest is a little outdated. Swimming pool had mildew and dirty grout. Bathrooms were very small. It wasn't a horrible stay, but I won't be staying again.

This hotel is a cross of my place. When my friend come to visit he stayed over. Really nice hotel and try there best to be a green hotel

Location is good and rooms have been recently renovated. If you're looking for small boutique hotel. Don't go, this place is huuuuge! Hotel with most hotel rooms in Canada.

TIFF forced me into this one. The bathroom is so small that the door only half opens and room is dated. Wi-Fi signal is strong though...

Basic, but good Hotel. Free wifi, clean and you can open the windows completely.

If you're asking for directions from Lillian at the concierge desk, please double check them. I had to go to the island airport ferry. When I got to the ferry, I was told I was in the wrong location.

A bit pricey, and not really worth it. Was $285 a night on the weekend for two bedroom which didn't even have a fridge! Would go somewhere else next time.

Localização boa, perto do metrô e dos principais pontos do centro. Bom custo benefício. Fiz a reserva pelo Ohotel e gastamos 30% menos. Achei o banheiro apertado e internet ruim nas salas de reunião.

Wi-fi did not work during my stay and did not get fixed even after contacting reception. This is a big con esp. for someone traveling from overseas, wouldn't have chosen this hotel if I knew

Concierge not helpfull at all. Tells you to a get What you ask for yourself. 10 mins wait time for elevator.

Honestly was a horrible stay. You an hear EVERYTHING in the hallways. All we heard all night was drunken fighting. We won't be staying again.

Only the location is good. Furthermore it is overpriced, impersonal, big, grimy and unhelpful. Don't go!

It's a very nice hotel but seriously trying to rip off its guests. No minibar and forces guests to order drinks via room service, which is mandatory 4 dollar fee and gratuity on top. Not classy

Instalaciones buenas y muy céntrico, pero el servicio al cliente es muy malo tardan mucho en hacer el check in y no te dan la habitación ni un minuto antes
