- Paula LeeMärz 12, 2016Chicken enchiladas w/ salsa verde is top notch - tangy and savory at once. Pass on the guac and chips - needs more heat and bite
- Fodor's TravelSeptember 9, 2015Weekend brunch draws a crowd, so come during the week if you can, when the lunch specials are half-price and include egg dishes. Mehr erfahren

- Hannah ParvazSeptember 1, 2017Probably the most annoying we've ever been to restaurant staff. We requested to move outside then inside again after realising it was too hot. They were lovely and understanding. Get a Don Plato.
- Alison ROktober 4, 2011Happy hour is a good deal. Most tacos are $2 and drinks are $3 to $5. Cactus tacos are awesome. Be sure to get the salsa trio. The tomatillo salsa is great.
- The tomatillo tortilla soup is incredibly delicious - it's hearty and has a great spicy (but not overwhelming) kick to it, the tomatillos add a nice layer of flavor as well
- Kayleigh MetvinerSeptember 3, 2014The Don Pepino cocktail is refreshing and tasty, and the churros are a must-eat. Seriously. You must eat them.
- Brunch is a great deal, $11 a plate plus $3 drink specials. The jalapeno hollandaise on my eggs was worth the meal alone! Good guac too.
- Michael AnthonyOktober 8, 2016Bryn's cocktails are amazing. Best Mexican I have had in NYC by far! Get the Pescado Torta
- Sandy VaronaDezember 24, 2011Guac, cheese tamales, tacos and the Vera Cruz fish is amazing (pretty big so could be a good sharing plate) can't go wrong with a few margaritas. Yum.
- Greg FischerJanuar 3, 2015Try to come at a less crowded time. Everything is good. Especially the breakfast buns, brunch and bloody Maria's
- The Don Pepino (cucumber, cilantro, tajin) is pretty great. Like a spicy cucumber green apple jolly rancher--I know that sounds fucking weird, but it works).
- If you're a meat-lover get the bistec off the brunch menu. Forget about the egg dishes!
- If you are really hungry and want a large portion size order the "Plato Don" plates - it's about $16 and its enough food to feed 3 people.
- Justin WelshJanuar 2, 2015Delicious, fresh and simple Mexican. Order the chili relleno it's amazing! Also, tap sangria is awesome.
- Fantastic service, great brunch options, strong margaritas. I loved the poached eggs with Mexican style hash browns and brown rice.

- AkshaySeptember 3, 2012This is one of the best Mexican places I've ever been to. Get their fish with the banana leaf umbrella over it. You can thank me later.
- Jordan MenashyApril 13, 2013Amazing value. Delicious food. Gorgeous room. Couldn't ask for more. A real gem. Favourite brunch item - Torta Mananera.
- Try the vegetarian platter - it's huge (one hungry person or two medium hungry people) and delicious! Also try the margaritas on tap.
- Andrew McLaughlinOktober 4, 2015Great restaurant, great good, great staff, but incredibly loud music. Sadly to be avoided if you don't want to have to shout.
- Lears FoolJuly 21, 2015Lots of people don't like to mix mole and tacos. I am not one of those people, and this place gets it. Decor is fun, too.
- Simon VreemanMai 4, 2019Had a Bloody Maria and Alambres for lunch. Really good, plus the staff was friendly and helpful.
- This is one of my favorite restaurants ever! Everything on the menu is amazing. Get the taquitos and black bean soup

- Rick BrunerApril 23, 2013Great lunch specials. The Pollo al Horno is a great bargain: half s grilled chicken with rice & beans for $6.
- Kam PerezOktober 7, 2018The tortilla soup is basically a liquefied enchilada verde. Trust me, that is a very good thing!
- Grace LeeApril 8, 2016Everything we had was good: Campechana, tacos, salsa trio, tortilla and black bean soups
- I love this place! The decor, the food, the margaritas. Go for the taco happy hour!
- Jackie MucilliDezember 4, 2015SO. GOOD. Margaritas are especially excellent. Small place, but they serve you quickly.
- NicoleJuly 25, 2015Maybe I went on an off night? Crowded/close tables, friendly staff, short wait. Margarita clásica tasted watered down. Appetizer & entree were drowned in oil/sauce. Sides & dessert were good, though.
- Simon LafontAugust 31, 2015It's good and not expensive. But don't accept guacamole it is not free ($7,50). A bit noisy but super friendly.

- Amazing Mexican food. Loved the guacamole with smoked trout and the crispy fish taco.
- The black bean soup is amazingly good. Quesadillas come with a yummy smoky sauce. And the Isla Bonita is a great cocktail.
