Elle CleareMai 22, 2014Small classes, interactive teachers. The cardio classes are such a challenging workout using resistance and bungees, it's an incredible fitness experience.
Cardio chair is a great class! You break a sweat and use resistance from the bungee ropes the entire time. Then between cardio intervals you work each muscle group on the chair. Fun & challenging

Nicest staff in nyc! All the classes are great, but ballet bungee and reinvention chair are favorites!
Knees will buckle and thighs will shake in this boutique studio's Ballet Bungee class, with the promised reward being a ballerina's body.
