Great community based gym with a non-intimidating environment.
Best publicly available Pilates studio in town - you don't have to be a member to go.
The pool is fairly empty at 655 to 715. Along with the sauna. :) I have a lane to myself most days.
Definitely Jazz Dance with Mani and Ballet with Soleil on Monday, and Street Flava with Eli on Tuesday. ;)

Rebecca BittnerFebruar 27, 2014Note that it closes at 10, not 10:30. Doors lock at 10:30, but the time between is meant to shut the gym down not exercise!- Towels are £1.50 - smell like vinegar though...
- The treadmill second from right, first row (as you're facing the TV screens) doesn't have that irritating 25 minute time restriction.

Poolside goggle bucket = best thing in the world when you've forgotten your own!
Try the capoeira class, it's great! It's on Tuesday 6:30pm and Saturday 11:30am
